Out of Pocket Visits: We accept card, cash, check or HSA/FSA. CSSC can provide superbills for out of network coverage

The following visits are for patients looking to establish care at CSSC. Please scroll down to other appointment offerings if you are NOT a new patient to CSSC.
Has it been over 2 years since your last visit?
These visits are for patients who have been seen in our office, but their last visit was over 2 years ago. This visit allows extra time to review your new history and area of complaint, assess, treat and cover appropriate exercises. **If you are unsure of when your last visit was, please contact the office**
Has it been over 3 months since your last visit and/or is this a new area of complaint?
This visit allows extra time to take a history on your new area of complaint, assess, treat and provide exercises to assist in your recovery. **If you are unsure of when your last visit was, please contact the office**
Follow Up Visits
These visits are for patients who have been to the office within the last 3mo and have been seen for this area of complaint. If it has been over 3mo or this is a new area of complaint, please book a "Returning Patient Visit"

Functional Feeding Lactation Services
Functional Feeding Lactation Services provide a unique approach to lactation counselling. Dr. Anna provides lactation assessment, counselling, biomechanical assessment and treatment to ensure a well-rounded plan of action for the parent and child.
